Required
Qualifications:
o Specific experience and familiarity with USACE, particularly the OCIO/G-6.o Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers within federal agencies, especially within USACE.o Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and guidelines.o Knowledge of competitive analysis, customer analysis, win strategy development, and proposal management.o Strong negotiation and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualificationso Experience managing Enterprise IT Services Delivery and Management Programs in a DoD environment.o Experience developing a strategic vision for a complex organization, balancing modernization needs with critical daily vision operations and maintenance requirements.o ITIL v3 Practitioner or ITIL v4 equivalent.o Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification issues from the Project Management Institute (PMI).o An Active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
