The Microsoft Security Privacy Program team is looking for an experienced PrivacyTechnical Program Manager II to work as part of a team to enhance Microsoft Security's Privacy Program.
This role provides you with the leadership opportunity to effect change that will have enterprise-wide impacts.
As a PrivacyTechnical Program Manager II, you will initially work on leading our consolidated documentation efforts for a data storage commitment program across security products and services.
As our primary point of contact you will be the connective tissue between our privacy compliance goals as a company and the product teams across Microsoft Security providing strategic insights and guidance.
A significant part of your role will be to ensure that Security products and services comply with Microsoft privacy requirements while also taking the lead on the roll-out and support of enterprise-wide cutting-edge privacy compliance solutions.
You will contribute to the development and execution of our best-in-class strategic privacy practices and initiatives, to ensure Microsoft continues to be a leader in privacy while exceeding customer expectations.
The candidate could have an engineering or compliance background, understanding of engineering best practices, and experience in raising the quality of existing solutions.
This candidate need to have demonstrated written and verbal communication, an understanding of technology, experience providing guidance and direction to technical audiences, ability to drive towards the big picture while managing details, and the ability to build relationships with key partners.

Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2
years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.
1
year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
2
years of experience leading product/program strategy.
1
years of experience with compliance or cybersecurity.
Other Requirement:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred
Qualifications:
IAPP (International Association or Privacy Professionals) certification or equivalent.

years of experience leading product/program strategy.

years of experience with contracts, compliance, or cybersecurity.
Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory policy such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation),HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act).
Preferred previous experience in data technology, risk management, or security field.
Technical aptitude with a deep understanding of data and cloud services.
Have a desire to work collaboratively, solve problems with groups, find win/win solutions, driving change, and celebrate success.
Experience partnering closely with internal and external customers and partners and has empathy for customers.
Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.
S.
is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.

Support risk and compliance program activities across the Security Division.
Contribute incremental improvement to the privacy program increasing efficiency of operating processes.

Present status and service health updates to senior leadership.
Understand emerging privacy, compliance, and technical issues and how they will impact our services, programs, and resourcing needs.
Coordinate with other privacy, compliance, and risk management leaders in the company to ensure our programs are aligned, as well as staying connected to governance owners, including Privacy Regulatory Affairs and Corporate External Legal Affairs Front Line.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
