I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join my team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to multitask and manage projects.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to a busy medical executive involved in starting a new medical practice and in managing ongoing investments in unrelated fields.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as responding to emails, booking travel, and managing calendars - Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records - Prepare documents, reports, and notes based on calls - Assist with event planning and coordination - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional administrative support, I would love to hear from you.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
