We offer opportunity, unique challenges, and clear-sighted commitment to the missionObjectiveResponsiveTrustedSPA's Sea Land Air (SLA) Division supports a diverse portfolio of national security government clients, including the Undersea Enterprise, the Navy Surface Community, the Navy MPTE Enterprise, the Air Force, Army, DoD Agencies, DARPA, international clients including the Canadian Navy and Australian Defence ForceOur primary objective is to provide timely, objective and analytic assessments that integrate the policy, operational, technical, programmatic and acquisition aspects of our clients' challengesLeveraging both in-domain and cross-domain expertise to maximize our clients' success, SLA Division acts as trusted agents to senior decision-makers and key leaders and excels at providing data driven analytic insights, systems engineering, strategies and plans that address current and emerging challenges to national securitySPA's Air Force and Army Programs Group provides aviation-focused analysis and program management for life-cycle systems engineering and logistics support, rapid capabilities development and fielding, cyber warfare operations, nuclear C3, and integrated air and missile defense planningWe provide advanced studies, wargame development, and analysis to support materiel operations, supply strategies, and fleet readinessSPA has an immediate need for a Program Manager in Washington, DC#MC Responsibilities You will be responsible for programmatic, execution, and administration support to Government Program Directors and Managers for ACAT-1 equivalent military acquisition program(s)The position requires extensive acquisition & contract management experience, specifically monitoring program execution and integration of complex programs and systemsThe individual filling the position must have relevant experience as a subject matter expert in developing reviewing and coordinating acquisition documentation such as Statement of Work SOWs , Request for Proposal RFPs , and tech evaluations; mission integration; operations analysis and support; logistics, maintenance, and personnel support; and government program office supportTypes of tasks may include Earned Value Management assessments, funding/program control tasks, assisting in program management reviews (PMRs), Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and developing reviewing and coordinating acquisition documentation (SOWs, RFPs, tech evaluations)Additionally, the individual may be required to perform budget analysis, help develop POM inputs, and analyze financial execution of the program(s)The Program Management Support position will provide support to the organization's leadership in meetings with other organizations and industry and could require some CONUS/OCONUS travelAt SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talentElements of the compensation package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunitiesSPA provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from workThe specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, etcPlease note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline onlySalaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerationsWashington DC Pay Transparency Range:
