If you answered yes to both of those questions, and are ready to support our new DHS Client, we invite you to continue and consider applying for this positionABOUT THIS ROLE StMichael's Inc., an employee-owned company, has an opening for a Financial Analyst Journeyman with experience in federal or DoD monthly billing files and providing customer/stakeholder support with billing inquiriesCandidates should have experience in supporting mission delivery with informed decision-making by employing analytical capabilities and providing financial transparency to support mission executionThe selected candidate must be able to align with StMichael's core values of Excellence in Reputation, Candor, Commitment, Teamwork, and DependabilityLOCATION Washington DC on-site with potential for a hybrid (on-site and remote) schedule Requirementso A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline (a master's degree is preferred).o Six (6) years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degreeAn associate's degree plus 4 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.o Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in the integration and development of revenue analysis using operational data in the areas of Managerial cost accounting; process analysis; performance integration; and operational/security integration.o Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.o Ability to work independently with little to no oversight.o Active Public Trust clearancePrimary Responsibilitieso Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the processing and delivery of monthly billing files, inventory discrepancies, monthly billing data, monthly adjustments, and other related issues.o Analyze and recommend solutions to optimize all parts of the revenue process including estimation, billing, collection, and close-out on a monthly basis and other related revenue management activities.o Assist in executing day-to-day operations of the HQ revenue management functions.o Develop and maintain a revenue management guide, including standardized methodologies, SOPs, and tools that can be implemented organization wide.o Develop and maintain standard tools for revenue training, which shall be delivered to both headquarters staff and regional budget and financial personnelWHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
