Qualifications:
The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Digital Transformation and Information Technology Business Success Leader (Senior or Lead) to join the Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) Digital Transformation Program team in either Everett, WA; Renton, WA; or Seattle, WA.
The Digital Transformation Program team leads the delivery of enhancements and modernizations to the BCA engineering and production systems.
This position is for a lead in the Program Management and Integration Office for Digital Transformation.
A successful leader in this position will provide significant oversight of the coordination, integration, and project management of efforts across the Information Technology (IT), Functional and Business teams to ensure that different systems, applications, and infrastructure are seamlessly integrated to support the program s goals and objectives.
Position
Responsibilities:
Working with and utilizing knowledge that correlates to BCA needsDeveloping an integration strategy and roadmap to align IT systems with the organization's overall business objectives including value captureManaging the end-to-end integration projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocationWorking closely with external vendors and service providers to ensure successful integration and adherence to project requirementsManaging the change process and ensuring effective communication and training to users and stakeholders affected by the integrationIdentifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may arise during the integration processMaintaining accurate documentation of integration processes, progress, and outcomes, and providing regular reports to management via automated dashboardsIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT integration effortsThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
