Avionics Test Engineer III

As part of a hardworking team of diverse engineers, you will be responsible for developing plans, procedures, and equipment for the testing of liquid rocket engine controller hardware, as well as execution of acceptance and qualification testing.
This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.

Plan, complete, and report avionics development, qualification, and acceptance testingPerforming tests or ensuring that Technicians are able to do soAnalyzing Environmental/EMI dataUse measurement and analysis to determine root causes for failures in avionics testingIdentify and mitigate test execution risksCollaborate with internal and external labs for test executionAssist Test Equipment development activitiesPerform and work comfortably in an environmental and EMI lab environmentPerform hardware requirements traceability and verificationMinimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, aerospace engineering, physics, or a related field6
years of hardware development, integration, systems engineering and/or testing experience.
2
years experience planning, executing, and reporting electronics testing.
Experience performing hardware requirements traceability and verificationPractical and analytical understanding of analog and digital electronicsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills regarding technical subjects.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
