Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality Oracle solutions to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing Oracle projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.
Key
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure optimal utilization and allocation of resources.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and senior management.
Conduct regular project status meetings, provide leadership and guidance to project team members, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience managing Oracle projects, including Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and customizations.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle applications, databases, and technologies, with hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Applications, or Oracle Cloud.
Strong project management skills, with a minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects in a client-facing role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Oracle Primavera.
Ability to travel to client sites and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
