Provide technical expertise across the acquisition, logistics and system engineering lifecycle.

A week in the life of a Technical Program Manager:
Supervise personnel to ensure tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain currency in technical applications affecting industry and Government with the ability to quickly research and understand feasibility of solutions.
Provide technical oversight and assessment of systems and processes throughout the system life cycle; suggest cost savings solutions and best practice implementations where applicable.
Manage and oversee the successful implementation of proven, disciplined systems engineering processes resulting in a total system solution that is robust and meets Government mission needs.
Manage and oversee support to government logistics needed to maintain technical equipment in field and office applications.
Consult with the contract Program Manager as needed in support of the day-to-day operations.
Provide inputs to contractual deliverables.

CitizenMust have an active TOP SECRET clearance or CBP Background Investigation or DHS ClearanceBachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline and 15
years of experienceAt least 8 years of demonstrated experience in systems engineering and logistics.
Expert knowledge and implementation of DHS System Engineering Life Cycle, DHS Technical guidance, and directivesDemonstrated experience in handling multiple complex programs by reviewing enterprise-wide requirements, design considerations, design constraints, and program budgets.
Experience with ISO 9001, CMMI Level 3, and DHS ALF and SELC processes, and procedures.
Experience with DHS Systems, Technologies, and Architecture.
Experience with cost wise readiness policies and principles.
Ability to identify technical risks and provide remediation plans.
Experience with management of or development of internal government Service Level Agreements and application to sound practices in ensuring performance, especially with regard to maintenance and logistics.
Expertise in applying Government strategies to technical solutions, e.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
