What you'll do
We are seeking a passionate, detailed, and proactive Sr. Technical Program Manager to join the Security Strategy & Delivery team. This role will have a mix of strategic and operational engagements working with cross-functional partners to mature resilience programs. In addition, this role will drive the timely delivery of Security programs to support key strategic initiatives, drive operational process enhancement, and support security operational efforts. This position requires a highly driven individual with demonstrated experience in delivering projects in fast-paced technical environments. The successful candidate will have demonstrable ability to drive consensus and provide direction to multiple cross-functional team members while maintaining efficient plans, tracking issues, and proactively communicating project status.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Security Strategy & Delivery.ResponsibilityWork with stakeholders to drive cross-cutting and critical security initiatives for the companyEstablish relationships with partner teams within DocuSign and demonstrate cross-functional coordination skills to drive cyber resilience program objectivesLead and scale security programs by defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, and successful on-time deliveryIdentify and resolve roadblocks and challenges affecting projectsExplain technical architecture, decisions, and tradeoffs to both technical and functional teamsMobilize the necessary teams at DocuSign to respond according to our existing cybersecurity resilience playbook, and continually improve our playbookAdminister cybersecurity resilience training and awareness activities to promote a culture of preparednessConduct tabletop exercises with key collaborators and leadership to evaluate the organization's response plans and recovery capabilitiesAssist in the continuous improvement of the resilience program by incorporating feedback from audits, compliance frameworks and emerging technologyDrive continual improvement by developing performance metrics and building reporting to communicate the success of business continuity programsDrive communication and change management around cybersecurity resilience initiatives and processes

Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California:
$130,500 - $208,050 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area):
$123,700 - $184,275 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.Global benefits provide options for the following:
