HR Responsible AI Program Leader

Microsoft Human Resources (HR) is seeking an experienced Responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program Leader to establish and manage the Responsible AI program for the HR Organization.
This critical role will lead the overall strategy and team, work with subject matter experts, and ensure ongoing compliance with improvements, drive program maturity, enable scalability, and support alignment with organizational goals.
As part of HR Business Excellence, a global function that provides overall governance, risk management, compliance monitoring, privacy and security assessments, continuity and response services, and accessibility for all of HR, the HR Responsible AI Program Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing an end to end governance program to drive adherence to Responsible AI principles and broader compliance requirements for the HR Organization.
The role is a critical enabler working across multiple teams including solution management, IT partners, third parties, and product teams to assess and address critical technical and compliance components for internal deployments and partnership with product teams.

is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
