What you'll doWe are looking for a dynamic and effective Lead Program Manager to lead the Azure Migration program as part of the Product and Program Management organization.
The Lead Program Manager will be responsible for driving the Azure Migration program with close partnership with teams across engineering and other Technical Program Managers.
In order to be successful in this role, you'll have strong subject matter expertise in Azure, have previous experience in large scale cloud migration, excel at influencing without authority, dealing with ambiguity, capable of operating at all levels, and are able to understand technical details quickly.
You will possess a strong attention to detail, a reputation as someone who focuses on the outcome, brings simplified solutions to complex problems in a technical environment, and does what they say they will do.
You must be comfortable operating in a fluid, agile, and team-oriented environment; bringing order to chaos.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Program Management.
ResponsibilityDrive alignment to and execution of high stakes cross-functional initiatives and programsOversee end-to-end program execution across teams / groups, including risk management, communication, issue/conflict resolution and dependency management Collaborate with responsible partners to proactively identify, communicate, manage and mitigate program risksOrganize and lead cadence-based stakeholders / leadership meetings, tracking actions, providing timely communication of program status, schedule, risks, and blockersDrive process improvements and leverage metrics to improve transparency, overall team performance and efficiency around key cross-org programsPartner with cross-functional teams to deliver business value in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of quality and transparencyJob DesignationHybrid:

California:
$146,800 - $235,025 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area):
$139,800 - $207,325 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
