Technical Program Manager

Microsoft Silicon, Cloud Hardware, and Infrastructure Engineering (SCHIE) is the team behind Microsoft's expanding Cloud Infrastructure and responsible for powering Microsoft's Intelligent Cloud mission.
SCHIE delivers the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Teams, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform globally with our server and data center infrastructure, security and compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability solutions.

We are hiring a Technical Program Manager on our team.
As Microsoft's cloud business continues to grow the ability to deploy new offerings and hardware infrastructure on time, in high volume with high quality and lowest cost is of paramount importance.
To achieve this goal, the Hardware, Infrastructure Management, and Fundamentals Engineering (HIFE) team is instrumental in defining and delivering operational measures of success for hardware manufacturing, improving the planning process, quality, delivery, scale and sustainability related to Microsoft cloud hardware.

Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2
years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.
1
year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team project1
years' experience in program management of hardware development and manufacturing.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.

Data analysis to identify and understand data gaps and building strategy to improve the data quality over time.
Enable visualization to draw deep data insights using Power BI.
Should have experience to improve the usability of Power BI dashboards and will be responsible for driving user engagement & experience.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to compile data, analyze trends, and present actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making to leadership.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
