About the team
role The Compliance and Legal Systems team's mission is to leverage technology to comply with all laws and regulations to defend the firm.
We seek to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's compliance and legal professionals through the implementation of better tools, improved workflows and robust controls.
As a Sr.
GRC Application Engineer on the team, you will be a key contributor to the implementation and management of tools that help Robinhood achieve regulatory compliance and audit defensibility.
You will work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to understand their tools, processes, challenges, and how to fix them.

What you'll doPartner with leadership from Security, Risk, Audit, Compliance and more to work on enabling a safer and more secure Robinhood.
Serve as the SME, provide guidance, maintain and troubleshoot the LogicGate tech stack and its integrations.
Craft and develop workflows and processes within LogicGate.
Customize and configure LogicGate to meet business and compliance needs.
Provide training and support to end users and perform system maintenance.
What you bring Proficiency in using GRC technology, specifically with the LogicGate platform.
Hands on experience implementing GRC software as a developer and analyst.
Familiar with the architecture and how they integrate with applicationsAbility to develop designs for implementation, integration, provide recommendation to applications/sitesStrong understanding of GRC processes and principlesKnowledge of industry standard methodologies and latest developments in GRC technology.
Experience with Enterprise Risk Management, Enterprise Resilience, Model Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Privacy, Regulatory, Issues Management, Controls, Written Supervisory Procedures, and Policy & Procedures.

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
