As Senior Community Program Manager, you will lead the development and execution of programs that allow us to accelerate our work to increase representation and strengthen a culture of inclusion.
Reporting to the Global Employee Resouce Groups (ERGs), Communities and Identity Director, you will have direct accountability for building advocacy and managing our portfolio of work directly impacting governance and the support model for multiple Employee Resource Groups, its global chapters, and aligned employee communities.
In addition, this role will interact with external organizations aligned to communities the role supports.
This role enables initiatives and tactics to ensure increased representation, engagement and retention of employees within these communities while growing education and allyship for them.
You will have the opportunity to provide strategic guidance and oversight to the structure, governance, and operations of the ERGs while building collaborative relationships with allies, leads, executive sponsors and members to positively impact the lived experience of ERG members and community members across the company.
You will be responsible for providing coaching and consultation to ERG leaders and executive sponsors, while creating space for support, empowerment, connection, and engagement.
Additionally, you will participate in the design, launch & expansion of global and intersectional programming, and own and manage core external partnerships.

Required/Minimum QualificationsAssociate's Degree AND 7
years of relevant HR or business experienceOR Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 5
years of relevant HR or business experienceOR equivalent experience.

S.
is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Analyzes a wide variety of data using diversity and inclusion tools and methodologies, such as competitive benchmarking.
Identifies trends and patterns in data, provides insights to stakeholders, and recommends solutions to correct and proactively prevent issues.
Develops and updates measures of diversity based on business needs and best practices.
Monitors the reporting process to ensure it supports the business and aids in the evaluation of diversity initiatives.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
