As a Business Support Program Lead, you will:
Assist the Program Manager in providing administrative, executive communications, data analysis, and planning support.
Assist the Program Manager in providing team leadership, guidance, and program management vision.

A week in the life of a Business Support Program Lead:
Supervise personnel to ensure tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Support executive level planning and executing associated or directed communications, processes and procedures across organizations.
Develop analytic methodologies and principles, including data mining, text analytics, business intelligence, modeling data, qualitative, quantitative, and data visualization.
Assist the Government leads with preparing correspondence, briefings for senior leaders, and tracking actions across levels of leadership.
Provide program management services, operating advice, and assistance to OA lines of business on administrative management issues.
Assist OA with continuing to shape their overall business strategy, resource planning to include developing strategic plans.
Conduct assessments on operational and strategic performance.
Conduct research and data analysis to inform business decisions.
Construct forecasts and analytical models and monitor analyze government and industry trends and market changes.
Assist the Assistant Commissioner's Special Assistant by providing support and maintaining focus of the strategic objectives and initiatives of OA's Competition AdvocateAssist in the planning, governance, and oversight of the program's output/product.

CitizenMust have an active TOP SECRET clearance or CBP Background Investigation or DHS ClearanceBachelor's Degree and 15
years of experience; or high school and 21
years of experience.
Must have practical experience and project management knowledge necessary to manage large and complex program requirements and initiatives.
Must have a strong background and ongoing operational responsibilities in acquisition management.
Familiarity with computers and computer systems, e.
g.
, MS Office products, to include Project and all other applications.
Excellent writing, communications and briefing skills.
Demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and effective decision-making.
Plan and organize work, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Be a detailed-oriented, self-starter that is experienced in supporting senior Government leaders and other technical and business professionals.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
