The predominately specialise in garden style, master planned communities but do have a variety of project experience.
Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities include:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the construction team, setting clear objectives and priorities for project execution.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
Develop and implement construction strategies to optimise efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise during construction.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within the construction team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of construction management.

The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be/have:
Proven experience as the Director of Construction for a multifamily construction company.
Preferred experience with garden style projectsProven track record of of successfully delivering large-scale projects across multiple sectorsExcellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with client and stakeholders.
Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, with a focus on safety and quality assurance.
Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience with construction management software and tools is preferred.
Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or similar are a plus.
