We are looking for a Principal Product Manager-Customer Interaction Data to join our team!Azure Comms abstracts the complexities of communications and network programming through a set of easy-to-use developer tools.
Azure Comms includes core communications primitives, orchestration, and intelligence solutions built on them to enable end-to-end customer interaction experiences.
ACS is built on the same cloud infrastructure that powers Microsoft Teams which enables hundreds of millions of users to communicate across the globe.
Businesses today struggle to understand customer journeys that span multiple span multiple sessions, channels (such as chat, SMS, voice, and Teams meetings), or applications (i.
e.
a conversation with a chatbot that escalates to a call in a contact center).
We believe that structured customer interaction data that spans applications, channels, and sessions, would be extremely valuable for making Co-Pilots or conversational AI interactions with customers more impactful with more context, leveraged in analytics to make data-driven improvements, and in streaming the summary of interactions saved in CRMs and/or systems of record.
By understanding the customer's entire journey, businesses can improve individual experiences and optimize overall customer engagement with data-driven improvements.

Required/Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 8
years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred
Qualifications:
Customer obsessed mindset - you lead with deep customer empathy and define core customer value first.
Comfort with making decisions that are informed by incomplete and/or imperfect data; a proven track record of assessing tradeoffs, thoughtfully prioritizing, and maintaining a bias for action.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Drive for reaching across teams and organizations to make progress collaboratively.
Familiarity with platforms like Substrate and experience in handling customer interaction data.
Experience in integrating 3P data platforms and understanding of data storage solutions (cloud-based and on-premises).
Experience working with globally distributed teams in multiple time zones.
Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.
S.
is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
