As a Restaurant Server, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, responsible for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
Engage with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, offering recommendations, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests or dietary restrictions.
Order Taking and Delivery:
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, entering them into the POS system.
Communicate orders promptly to the kitchen and bar, ensuring timely delivery of dishes and drinks to guests' tables.
Service Excellence:
Provide attentive and professional service throughout the dining experience, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Check back with guests regularly to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Upselling and Promotion:
Promote featured menu items, specials, and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Recommend wine pairings or additional menu items to complement guests' selections and maximize revenue.
Table Maintenance:
Monitor tables for cleanliness and ensure that they are properly set up with utensils, napkins, and condiments.
Clear plates and glassware as needed, and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.
Payment Processing:
Present bills accurately and process payments in a timely manner.
Handle cash and credit card transactions securely, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Adherence to Policies and Standards:
Follow established restaurant procedures, including hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Uphold the restaurant's standards of service and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
