Overview SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ANALYST/SYSTEMS ANALYST (PMW220) Bowhead is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst/Senior Functional Analyst to provide consultative support to our senior PEO MLB leadership at the Washington Navy Yard for the Navy ERP programThe candidate will provide SAP expertise-Finance or Supply (FI, FM, CO, SD, PS, AM, WFM, IM/WM, MM, OF, SCM) to Government Leads to support integrating numerous emerging requirements and ongoing projectsThe candidate will review schedules/timelines, risks, costs, technical and functional solutions against requirements matrix to identify gaps / issues, manage key deliverables, etcand provide expert consultation / recommendation in project management and solution delivery to the Government Leads, inside the Program OfficeResponsibilities Responsibilitieso Design S/4 data architecture and reporting solutionsPrimarily applicable to Data Solution Architect (S/4).o Design and lead S/4 systems from an application and database perspectivePrimarily applicable to Technical Architect (S/4) and S/4 Basis SME.o Design S/4 technical architecture and network schemaPrimarily applicable to Technical Architect (S/4) and S/4 Basis SME.o Develop low-code/no-code solutions in an S/4 environmentPrimarily applicable to Technical Architect (S/4), S/4 Basis SME, and Functional Solution Architect (S/4).o Design supply solutions based on DoD regulations and policyPrimarily applicable to S/4 Finance Lead, S/4 Logistics Lead, and Functional Solution Architect (S/4).o Design financial solutions based on DoD regulations and policyPrimarily applicable to S/4 Finance Lead, S/4 Logistics Lead, and Functional Solution Architect (S/4).o Provide subject matter expertise and inputs to the Government leads in all phases of the software development lifecycle.o Assist the Government in conducting analysis of performance enhancements, business drivers, costs and schedule, with resolution of integration issues.o Assist the Government with the preparation of documents and briefs that will be utilized during the governance board meetings to facilitate Government decisions regarding proposed changes in terms of cost, schedule, technical impact, and business impact.o Provide assessment and recommendations for the Government, including likely impacts to system(s), configuration(s), sustainment, and user experience enhancements.o Monitor and evaluate results of existing plans and recommend adjustments as necessary.o Provide technical expertise necessary to prepare, revise, and review briefing material (including demonstrations).o Identify risks associated with schedule dependencies and clearly communicate these risks to program leadership.o Review/Modify/Recommend Updates to schedules and collaborate with team members to generate critical dependencies and ensure accurate scheduling.o Assist in the development of business cases while considering the functional relationships of operational (functional) sponsors and the need for integrating operational sponsor deliverables with Program Office products.o Participate in an advisory role in Program Office planning meetings and strategy sessions; provide documentation as taskedProvide strategic planning, analysis and advisory assistance to the organization in decision-making processesQualifications Qualificationso 5 years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA.o Navy ERP SAP solution experience is preferred.o 15
years of overall professional work experience.o 5 years of experience in a manager or lead position.o Must have experience in SAP (FI, FM, CO, SD, PS, AM, WFM, IM/WM, MM, OF, SCM) with significant recent experience in integration, solution delivery, and data managementNavy ERP SAP solution experience is preferred.o Experience in an Agile or Activate software development and delivery environment.o Experience in large scale IT system migration / technical refresh.o Ability to interact and negotiate with senior stakeholders on deliverables in support of project completion.o Experience using MS Project.o Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlooko Excellent verbal and written skills.o Excellent critical thinking skills.o Ability to work independently and as a team member.o Experience in developing and delivering briefings to all levels of leadershipPhysical Demands:
o Must be able to lift up to 5-10 pounds o Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time o Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED:
