Job Description


The IT Operations team oversees the service operations for our user infrastructure, covering a broad range of activities, including IT support, service desk operations, desktop support, end-user computing, and mobility services. The team uses ITIL-based processes to manage all service requests received through the Client Center as a single point of contact, ensuring a standardized approach to service delivery and improving the overall service quality. The team aims to ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting customer expectations and supporting the organization's overall success.


  • Define and implement security measures and compliance policies within Intune to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory requirements. Manage, administer, and troubleshoot Laptops using Microsoft Intune.
  • Work on the new implementation of Microsoft Modern desktop, which includes managing devices on a Co-Management scenario with SCCM and Intune (Windows 10 devices), implementation of a business store, migration from GPOs with ADMX to CSP settings and autopilot implementation.
  • Utilize PowerShell and automation tools to streamline Intune configurations, automate management tasks, and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate new features, resolve technical challenges, and ensure the successful implementation of Intune-related services.
  • Preparation of Windows OS images using Intune Task Sequences. Lead the design and implementation of Intune enhancements, including policies, configurations, and security settings.
  • Install, configure, deploy, and support new Intune servers and infrastructure, including Azure resources and Azure Active Directory.
  • Support application teams, business partners and service providers in the delivery of applications and solutions.
  • Provide support for Enterprise Mobile Management, including but not limited to the IDB app store maintenance, policies, device testing and monitoring compliance.
  • Act as the liaison to vendors and other teams within IDB, perform administrative tasks according to procedures and troubleshoot hardware and software problems with a variety of issues.
  • Prepare knowledge articles and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and webinars with operational teams. Provide knowledge transfer and training to IT teams and end-users on Intune features, administration, and best practices. Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs and configurations.
  • Carry out activities to complete the Production Readiness checklists and Disaster recovery plans for the infrastructure and services.
  • Provide technical support to users and other team members through the phone, remotely and on-site.

Minimum Qualifications


  • US Citizen with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, other relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Advanced computing certification preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience overall with 2-4 years of Intune experience in a relevant technical position and management support experience, preferably in an operations support environment.

Key Skills


  • Areas of Expertise:
    Microsoft Intune; Windows 10/11 devices, Apple/Android devices.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows servers and Network Administration.
  • Experience in application packaging using Intune.
  • Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, PKI infrastructure, MS Config Manager (SCCM), SSH, and MS SQL.
  • Experience deploying IT solutions organization-wide for 2000
    users.
  • Knowledge and experience in the testing, development, deployment, and publication processes.
  • Capable of performing project coordination tasks with multiple actors, some of them remotely. Produce clear documentation regarding newly implemented technologies. Interact with vendors, lead support calls, and assist in procurement. Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, scripting technologies such as Windows PowerShell, network and networking protocols, and Domain Name Servers functions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Intune, mobile device management, and endpoint security to continuously enhance the mobile management solutions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
