o Research and recommend best practices for business solutions, process improvements, workforce evaluations, technologies and benchmarking activities relating to human resources Conduct research, and collect and distill data required for planning human resources activities Engage consulting tools and methodologies to meet project objective and complete program management activities Support organizational assessments Contribute to obtaining data for and developing reports for client meetings and presentations Recommend, develop, and implement systems, tools and methods for easier and faster querying and reporting of data Develop or update policies as necessary to implement recommendations Communicate recommendations and updates to HR leadership, relevant councils and committees, and other stakeholdersThe team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impactServing federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000

o 3 years of experience with one or more of the following:
Workforce metrics, data analysis, automation, and visualization Dashboard development Surveys and assessments HR systems for the collection, management, analytics, and reporting of workforce data Policy development Communications Process improvement Performance measures and program evaluations Experience with providing Human Resource support services to a federal sector client Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceInformation for applicants with a need for accommodation:
