Operations Manager- $70K-78K, DC
Our client, a real estate development and property management company in Washington, DC, has an immediate need for direct-hire Operations Manager to join their team!About the Job:
Work closely with Property Manager to prioritize client satisfaction and experience. Manage lease proposals, conduct property tours for potential clients, and support event programming to foster a community atmosphere. Manage all aspects of annual budget forecasting, development and tracking, including operating budgets and capital plans, financial reporting, and third-party vendors proposals/contracts for renovation and construction projects. Facilitate office space development for new clients, and supervise building projects including major renovations and maintenance projects. About You:
3
years of previous real estate property/operations management, or hotel/hospitality, experience is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Strong budgeting and forecasting skills; adept and reporting and presenting on budget status. Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, a passion for creating exceptional client experiences, in a fast-paced environment. About the Position:
$75K-$78K, depending on experience. Hours are 9:
00am-5:
