Welcome to Ardent Eagle Solutions (AES), a dynamic and rapidly expanding small business that's at the forefront of supporting the Federal Government, Department of Defense (DoD), and Intelligence Community (IC) on a global scaleAt AES, we don't just embrace change; we drive itWe're in the business of transforming challenges into opportunities, and ordinary careers into extraordinary journeysAs part of our team, you'll be at the heart of groundbreaking missions that shape the course of history and protect our nation's most critical interestsOur commitment to success doesn't end with our customers; it begins with youWe're dedicated to nurturing the talents of our remarkable employees and propelling them to new heights of excellenceHere, you'll find a culture that empowers you to excel, innovate, and realize your full potentialThe Office of Enforcement Analysis (OEA) supports the Export Enforcement (EE) mission by evaluating all sources of information, including publicly available and government-privileged informationOEA analysts perform research and analysis to identify instances of diversion and persons involved in the diversion of U.Sitems for unauthorized purposes, and works within BIS and with other agencies to impair, impede, and prevent the diversion or misuse of export-controlled itemsOEA's focus is on uncovering the diversion of items that relate to top-tier national security threats, such as Weapons of Mass Destruction proliferators, terrorist groups or state supporters of terrorism, and potential adversary states 4 years of experience with high proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent written and oral communication skills required.Work with program and project managers to develop the organization's budget.Review budget proposals and funding requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with laws and other regulations.Explain budgetary recommendations to management, and organizational stakeholders.Analyze proposed plans and find alternatives if the projected results are unsatisfactory.Monitor organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget.Inform program managers of the status and availability of funds.Estimate future financial needs.Assists with required data tracking and compliance reporting.Conduct cost/benefit and other types of analyses.Submit budget recommendations for approval or rejection of funding requests.Collaborate with managers to develop final, consolidated budget.Oversee expenditure and identify trends in spending.Forecasts future budget needs.Conduct administrative duties as assigned, including but not limited to:
Work with program manager to create, edit and update standard operating procedures and training materials for incorporation into a manual for Export Control Officers (ECOs).Work with program manager to arrange operational audits to assess the effectiveness of ECO procedures, policies, and budget guidelinesOrganize historical data and electronic files on program share driveWork with program manager to collect timely, comprehensive, and accurate management information reports and statistical summaries to assist in the performance evaluation of ongoing OAS, OEA, and BIS activities and programs Minimum of 4 years of experience in budgetary or financial management support, database management, statistical analysis, and internet searchingA Bachelor of Science in a related field of study is requiredAt Ardent Eagle Solutions, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to our employees and their families:
