As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will be a critical member of our Public Sector sales team, and the leader of technical sales working closely with Account Executives to drive revenue growth within the federal government sector.
Your role will focus on understanding client needs, demonstrating our technology's value, and crafting tailored solutions that meet the stringent requirements of federal government clients.
Key
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Serve as the technical expert during all stages of the sales process.
Engage with potential clients to understand their unique ediscovery challenges and requirements, especially those specific to the federal government sector.
Solution Development:
Translate complex client requirements into actionable, customized ediscovery solutions.
Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet or exceed federal standards and regulations.
Demonstrations and Presentations:
Conduct high-impact demonstrations and presentations of our ediscovery platform to technical and non-technical stakeholders within federal agencies.
Clearly articulate the benefits and differentiators of our solutions.
RFx Responses:
Working closely with our dedicated Proposals Management team, lead the technical response to RFPs (Request for Proposals), ensuring compliance with federal procurement regulations and alignment with client objectives.
Market Intelligence:
Act as the subject matter expert on federal government ediscovery needs, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes.
Provide insights to the product team for future development.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to develop strategies that penetrate and grow our presence in the federal market.
Establish yourself as a thought leader in our field by contributing to industry discussions, publishing articles, and participating in panels and conferences.
Leverage this visibility to enhance Everlaw's reputation and influence in the federal sector, driving awareness of our solutions and fostering relationships with key government stakeholders.
Sales Support:
Provide ongoing support to the sales team through technical expertise, proposal assistance, and by addressing any technical objections raised by clients.
About youYou have 3
years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions architect, or technical consultant role, 8
years in technology, with a preference for legal and/or ediscovery experience.
You have a proven track record of engaging with federal government clients and understanding their procurement processes and compliance requirements.
You have a strong technical acumen, with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate Everlaw and articulate its value proposition.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
You have familiarity with federal government certifications and standards (e.
g.
, FedRAMP, FISMA).
You are willing to travel as needed to support sales efforts and client engagements.
BenefitsThe expected salary for this role is $180,000.
This role is also eligible for additional incentive pay/commission.
The base pay is subject to change in the future.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
