Job Description
Summary:

The George Washington University (GWU) seeks a dedicated Staff Clinician, Student Health Center to join our Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) team. As Staff Clinician and under the direction of CAPS leadership, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to our student community, including individual and group counseling; crisis intervention; outreach; and consultation. With a commitment to evidence-based, culturally responsive interventions, you will develop and implement treatment plans that align with our Stepped Care model of service delivery and short-term counseling model, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualized care. In addition to your clinical responsibilities, as Staff Clinician, you will actively collaborate with campus colleagues and student organizations, fostering relationships and programming that enhance the overall well-being of our students.
