Technical Program Manager, AR Products

The AR Products team at Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead technical program management across several concurrent work streams.
In this role, you ll work closely with internal machine learning, software & hardware engineers, researchers, external partners, and vendors to help define requirements and deliverables, schedule and track project progress, coordinate with other internal teams, schedule shared resources, and manage partner relationships.
To be successful, you will be eliminating barriers to your team's success, clearly communicating their work to all stakeholders and ensuring the big picture stays in focus while maintaining deep understanding of specific issues.
Ideal candidates are adaptable and resilient, eager to attack unfamiliar problems with curiosity and tenacity, and able to use a light touch to help the team be more efficient.
Technical Program Manager, AR Products ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functionally to define schedule, requirements, resource plans, integration plans, prioritize initiatives, and proactively identify/address potential setbacksCreate processes that enable teams to move quickly and efficientlyWork with engineering, research, and partnership teams to deliver solutions in a fast-paced environmentBalance the business needs with technical constraints by building deep subject matter expertise for your areaMaintain the team's focus on strategy and goal-oriented results when tackling complex problemsCommunicate program status, risks and mitigation plans on a regular cadence, including directly to leadership.

years of technical program management experienceDemonstrated experience in coordinating complex and ambiguous machine learning projects with a variety of stakeholdersExperience building and managing relationships across teams in the organization and with external vendors and partnersB.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
