Company dedicated to helping individuals, corporations, government entities, and non-profit organizations obtain travel documents to support their international travel needs is looking for a Customer Service Representative/administrative assistant to work with clients and help with the everyday office tasks, and who is ready to become an integral part of our mission.
Entry level applicants with the skill and intelligence to generate fast and timely solutions for our clients are especially considered. Recent college grads with a bachelor's degree who wish to gain experience are a highly appropriate match for this position.

Bilingual: English-Spanish
1. - Highly organized, detail oriented, punctual, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional telephone etiquette.
2. The ability to assess priorities and to subsequently execute multiple tasks independently and with minimal supervision. Must be able to handle multiple calls at once.
3. Effective organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced workplace; detail-oriented approach with unfaltering awareness of and respect for deadlines.
4. Respect for time-sensitive and highly confidential material.
5. Have the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and learn quickly.
6. Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred.
7. Bilingual: Must speak Spanish
8. Database marketing knowledge is a plus.
1. Previous administrative and/or customer service-related experience preferred but not required. Education and ability to learn quickly takes precedence.
2. Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
Specific Areas of Responsibility:
You will be a member of a team, one into which you must fit in seamlessly and support at all times. You must interact professionally--and on an interpersonal basis--with customers over the phone and, occasionally, in person. In addition to carrying out administrative duties and performing your various responsibilities as they are periodically assigned, you will provide broad support in marketing, sales, and customer service.
Our offices are located in the heart of downtown DC, just steps from Farragut West and Farragut North Metro Station.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
