Help Desk/Trainer

Help desk/trainer needed for large DC law firm.
This position functions as the first line of support and provides technical expertise and optimum customer service for all computing questions including applications and hardware as well as mobile devices.
The position also provides training for all new users, as well as courses on new applications and on-going skills improvement classes.
Prefer a college degree along with a minimum of one year experience supporting applications such as Window 7 Workstation, Microsoft office projects, Outlook and IManage in a law firm enviornement.
Salary range to 75K.
Please have good tenure.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
