Job Description:
The Linux engineer will be responsible for performing engineering, administration, and network analysis in a multi-vendor, enterprise-class networked environment with special emphasis placed on in-depth knowledge and experience with Red Hat Linux.
Seeking a motivated candidate who wants to work in a dynamic environment with numerous opportunities and challenges.
The ideal candidate will be very proficient in system administration of Unix systems (to include development & implementation of Red Hat and other Unix base operating systems), Linux security baselines, Unix installation and configuration management, scripting, and troubleshooting.
--Candidate will require in-depth engineering skills and perform initial analysis on system issues associated with tier 1, 2 and 3 troubleshooting and engineering related to the Linux OS systems and security applications configured on them.
The ability to both engineer existing components and perform testing and deployment of new systems and tools is required.
Candidate will also work with existing staff on instruction, guidance, and administrative functionality of security devices.
Responsibilities:
--- Experienced with conducting systems assessments and maintain tools and applications for all Linux based servers.
--- Experienced with Unix infrastructure including Kerberos, DNS, Postfix, LDAP and Red Hat Satellite services --- Ability to work with security and technical personnel to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and best practices for all Unix deployments --- Experienced in performing day to day support of production systems running Red Hat and other Linux operating systems --- Interfacing with the customer during meetings, briefings, when providing system assessments/analyses, remediation reports, and other related systems issues.
--- Comprehensive report writing surrounding findings, results, and recommendations.
--- Understanding of application development process in development, deployment, and operations of Linux and Unix based applications --- Experienced in developing, documenting, and maintaining scripts and applications
Qualifications:
--- HS Diploma or equivalence --- 6
years of experience (or equivalent) with System Administration of Unix systems --- 5
years of experience with standard Unix services (Kerberos, Bind, Postfix, LDAP) as well as TCP/IP networking.
--- 5
--years of documented experience in the design, planning, deployment and management of Unix/Linux host servers --- Must have experienced with configuration of security controls and maintain baseline of security tools --or all Unix based servers.

years of experienced with utilizing Red Hat Satellite services --- Self starter that can read application documentation and figure design, planning, deployment and management of Unix/Linux host servers Preferred Additional Skills:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
