The Senior
manager
, Major Account Sales will lead a team of Sales Executives with a focus on attracting sellers to our marketplace, supporting the execution of their auctions and developing the existing client base. This includes a combination of inside sales (sales via phone and email) and account management.
Define and interpret measurable goals and metrics for Sales Executives
Ensure Sales Executives are consistently working to increase revenue through regular communication with existing sellers and outreach efforts to new business
Ensure sales funnel activity is maintained at a level that allows downstream process targets to be achieved.
Develop best practices in auction listing techniques, and train and audit both the Inside Sales Executives and sellers on performance
Ensure that the team and its auctions represent the LSI brand and the website by working to maintain quality targets
Focus on achieving revenue growth targets by effectively managing and updating the team ensuring the team displays traits of relationship, attitude, responsibility, and competitiveness
Collaborate with marketing, logistics and customer service departments to best serve client needs
Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree preferred
3-8 years of sales experience, including at least 1-3 years directly managing an inside sales department.
B2B account management experience managing a sales funnel in an inside sales environment is required.
Experience defining, measuring and interpreting KPI metrics.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Experience with CRM databases; is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills are required.
Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail are required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
