Duties and
Responsibilities:
Provides expert level database implementation and operation to medium scale IT modernization projects. The candidate will assist with the documentation, deployment and administration of redundant 24/7 systems as well as the requirements, implementation plan and SOPs associated with the implementation and operation of such system. The successful candidate should possess all necessary troubleshooting and problem solving skills as well.
Required Qualifications:
5
years Oracle Database server administration with database design
5
years SQL Database adminiistration with database design
3
years operating under a secure environment to include deploying security controls to to the Windows operating system I
3
years creating database images which support multiple server generations
Operational database creation and maintenance
Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Active Top Secret clearance
Qualifications:
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification
Experience with SQL Clustering
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience
