II is part of the Demand organization. Responsible for combining deep business experience, technology understanding, prior experience in focused Lines of Service (LOS) or Support Services area, and integration of services from internal technology groups to deliver innovative solutions which help achieve Lines of Service or Support Services business objectives. Manages a portfolio of related products/applications/services or a single, highly significant and large product/application/service. The portfolio will represent strategic client-facing or client-enabling applications and/or will incorporate applications that mitigate significant risks to PWC. Collaborates with senior level Line of Service or Support Services customers/leaders, vendors, providers and contractors. Responsible for collaborating and leading creative solutions to complex problems, which may require unique approaches, while maintaining standards and risk minimization. Skills Preferred: Must demonstrate productivity, initiative, professionalism, customer service attitude, attention to detail and quality, ability to multitask, team focus, strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and adherence to firm and US IT standard operating procedures Strong business knowledge and operational

experience Deep understanding and experience with the Firm's technical systems including applications, servers, networking components, backups, disaster recovery, as appropriate Displays commitment to continuously updating their business knowledge Demonstrates high analytical skills through troubleshooting and evaluation of potential tools and utilities Ability to embrace and lead in a rapidly changing environment Is a self motivated individual capable of influencing and coaching staff Serves as a role model, exhibiting ethical behavior, and educating staff on Firm policies and procedures Excellent client service skills Effective problem-solving and negotiating skills Demonstrates competency in stakeholder management, change management, and influencing without authority Develops and strengthens relationships outside the functional team, focusing on understanding the needs of those who depend on the team's services and those who deliver services on whom the team depends Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines and Firm schedules Understands organizational structure and dynamics Must be able to communicate effectively with business unit leadership as well as IT Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 8 Additional: Gathers and documents business requirements Working with the Business Analyst, reviews and approves systems requirements documentation Reviews and approves project deliverables Serves as point person for IT supply staff for questions about requirements Negotiates needed functionality against what is technologically possible/desirable Organizes user acceptance testing working with business to get resources, writing test cases, being there to answer questions and challenge and gain consensus on feature requests and their priority Prioritizes bugs found in systems and user testing Reports results of user acceptance testing to sponsors Writes, or leads a team to write, user documentation Ensures L&E; is engaged to write training and inputs into training content, and writing content where appropriate Reviews system documentation Deploys and maintains mechanisms for capturing feature requests

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
