Primary Client: AERS
The FSS PM Process Specialist is responsible for supporting the FSS PM Lead in the execution of PM processes consistently and efficiently in support of the assigned FSS business group. The FSS PM Process Specialist will leverage the FSS process analyst in India as appropriate for support of all PM processes to optimize resources across the entire CTS PM team and will be responsible for managing the relationships with assigned Business Advisors and providing exceptional customer service to their business group.
- Serves as process specialist executing PM processes consistently and efficiently in support of assigned FSS business group
- Leverages FSS process analyst as appropriate for support of all PM processes
- Manages relationships with assigned Business Advisors
Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities
Goal Setting
Prepare plans and guidelines for review with business advisor
Develop and deliver goal setting materials
Prepare goal setting training materials
Provide status reporting as needed
Mid Year
Prepare MY communications and oversee other preparations in collaboration with USI
Prepare and deliver MY training materials
Support MY touch point meeting
Assemble MY meeting outcomes and review with business leaders and Business Advisors
Year End
Prepare YE communications and oversee other preparations in collaboration with USI
Prepare and deliver YE training materials
Conduct pre-consensus analysis
Support YE consensus meeting
Assemble MY meeting outcomes and review with business leaders and Business Advisors
Intern Performance Management
Provide guidelines, communications to the business
Deliver training for counselors
Conduct regular intern experience touch point
Support mid-point review meeting
Collaborate with TA on final performance review
Support final review meeting (facilitated by Recruiting)
Project/Supporting Evaluations
Provide communications/guidance as needed
Develop scorecard and review with business
Performance Improvement
Provide guidance/toolkit for counselors with low performers
Monitor progress of low performers based on input from counselors
Provide periodic status reports to business and Business Advisors
Provide guidance on making determination on cases to escalate to TR&C based on established guidelines
Provide guidance in terms of advising counselor on next steps with counselee as appropriate
Career Progression/Promotion
Prepare promotion list for leadership
Support value proposition meetings
With business advisor, engage business leaders on talent management program needs
Upward Feedback
Initiate discussions with business advisors on upward feedback process launch timing
Develop materials for discussion with business leadership to drive decisions
Support leadership alignment sessions with business advisor
Develop communications plan
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor-s Degree, 10+ years of Human Resource Management or related experience
- Prior experience working with AERS preferred
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong process improvement and change management skills
- Strong Project and Program Management skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Track record of flexibility and learning agility
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with a virtual team (clients and team members)
- Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills
- Identifies and resolves issues effectively and appropriately
- Handles confidential information appropriately
Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements:
- Professional certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
