The successful candidate will be a Senior-level All-Source Analyst (Production: Iraq / Arabian Peninsula) focused on providing intelligence production support for the Department of Defense, in the National Capital Region, with a regional focus on the Arabian Peninsula and Iraq. Candidates will be required to perform as a senior production manager in support of an analytical centers production process, to include oversight of: tracking, logging and filing all of the centers production for both both formal products, and nonstandard products, in order to create and maintain a repository and forums that capture the centers production metrics. Oversees analytical production efforts, to include: quality assurance and standardization regarding measures of performance and effectiveness of the organizational operations, tracking of section production metrics, and delivery of reports as required, to senior leaders. Comprehensively compiles and briefs the details of the analytical centers production statistics. Ensures production metrics are in accordance with organizational standards. Expected to interface with senior leadership, primary authors and customers to ensure products are in the approved format and meet production timelines. Additionally, as needed, performs writing and editorial assistance. Using all sources of reporting, the candidate possesses the skills to produce predictive and current finished intelligence products with minimal supervisory oversight, coordinate analytical products, and support national level organizations and Combatant Command staffs for dissemination across tactical, operational and strategic environments. Employing analytical methodologies, candidates will have the skills to be able to reduce uncertainties concerning Iraq / the Arabian Peninsula and in preparing all-source strategic intelligence analysis in support of national and operational military and civilian decision-makers. Be knowledgeable and possess potential in analyzing and fusing reports from multiple intelligence sources (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, etc.) to provide joint and strategic intelligence analysis, target development, force protection information, and indications and warning of emerging threats.
Possesses ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Possesses excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines
1.Bachelors Degree in a related technical or military discipline.
2.Masters Degree preferred.
10-15 years of related experience supporting intelligence operations.
As required, supports 24/7 crisis and contingency operations.
Oversee and manage Requests for Information (RFI) tracking through SIPR and JWICS COLISEUM.
Highly desired, proficiency in Microsoft applications (powerpoint, word, excel).
Highly desired, strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with senior leadership, amongst the Intelligence
and multiple sections internal to the organization in order to effectively manage overall production requirements.
Desired is previous all-source experience in the following regions: Iraq and / or the Arabian Peninsula.
Shall be available to provide on-site analytical or functional support at other Government locations in the National Capital Region.
May be required to deploy to government locations, as directed, in support of rotational assignments for periods of up to 6months; to include Afghanistan.
Performance of Extended Work Week (EWW) is required.
Will be required to undergo a counterintelligence scope polygraph.
