D.C. and the surrounding Metropolitan area has opportunities for you to become part of their high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients in financial management, business process improvement, strategy and operations, information
systems
development, package implementation, enterprise transformation, business process and applications outsourcing, and a full range of human capital advisory services.
This individual will be part of a medium sized team in the effort to elicit and develop business requirements and processes for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
- Assist in the development of business process models (BPMs) and the elicitation/authoring of requirements (i.e. BRs, URs, FRs, NFRs).
- Facilitate meetings with CMS Division, Group Directors and clinical program staff to elicit and develop business requirements and processes.
- Create and deliver all artifacts to support of the project-s schedule and WBS
- Perform quality assurance reviews on BA client deliverables to ensure adherence to the defined approach
- Develop and deliver trainings related to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid program to key stakeholders (CMS and other contractors).
- Collaborate with project-s management on strategic issues and objectives.
Essential functions of a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting:
A Consultant at Deloitte functions as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. A Consultant gains exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP. Responsibilities include defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
Consultants in the Systems Integration/Functional practice are required to have:
2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
A minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation
A willingness to travel up to 25%25%20of the time
Bachelor's Degree required
Must be eligible to obtain a US government security clearance
A solid understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle
Experience in implementing large-scale custom development and/or systems integration projects in one or more phases of the software development lifecycle
Experience working with business users to gather requirements, writing functional and technical specifications and communicating technical requirements
Experience in implementing large-scale custom development and/or systems integration projects in one or more phases of the software development lifecycle
Experience working with business users to gather requirements, writing functional and technical specifications and communicating technical requirements
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
In addition, successful Consultants will have the following preferred background:
An advanced degree in the area of specialization
Prior consulting experience, preferably in a Big 4 environment.
Experience performing business process analysis, mapping, and design.
Experience conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing current state system analysis
Experience developing conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design techniques
Testing experience in all phases: System, Integration, and Performance Testing and ensuring traceability
Experience in implementing large-scale custom development and/or systems integration projects in one or more phases of the software development lifecycle
Experience working with business users to gather requirements, writing functional and technical specifications and communicating technical requirements
All applicants must currently possess or be eligible to receive a government security clearance. This position is located in Owings Mills, MD. All applicants must be currently located in this area or willing to relocate at their own expense. We will not consider teleworkers for this position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
