Job Description:As a member of the Centeva team, you will support the acquisition office of a federal agency located in the DC region in its use of contract management software and all integrated systems. You will be responsible for establishing expertise in the federal procurement domain, providing direct user support and instruction, analyzing end-user and stakeholder needs, recommending solutions, and managing the execution of approved initiatives.
Duties:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert and key advisor to local leadership in respect to system functionality, end-user adoption, and process improvements
Work with management to identify and resolve deficiencies in user adoption, system functionality, process efficiencies, data integrity, and reporting requirements
Design and maintain training presentations and materials, users guides, and additional reference materials
Provide system desk-side support to user
community
Develop and conduct training ranging from formal classroom sessions to one-on- one support
Recommend operational controls by identifying issues and drafting new or updated procedures
Identify and prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through in-depth system use as well as work with the system's core development and support team
Work with system and system users to document deficiencies or enhancement requirements
Draft and submit applicable change requests
Assist in system testing as needed
Minimum
Qualifications:
Undergraduate College Degree, preferably in Business or a technical field (Graduate Degree preferred)
Technical aptitude
Analytical and problem solver
Self-driven
Ability to confidently communicate to and advise senior management
Federal contracting experience preferred
Project management experience preferred
Knowledge of procurement management systems,ERPsolutions, etc.HIGHLYdesired
Familiarity with MicroStrategy and other BI toolsHIGHLYdesired
Experience directly communicating with, supporting or training an end-user community required
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities appropriately
Preferred

Federal contracting experience
Project Management experience
