The Office of General Counsel is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to work in the fast-paced environment of its Regional Offices. The attorney would have frequent interaction with the public and would be responsible for the investigation of unfair labor practice charges, the filing and prosecution of unfair labor practice complaints, negotiating settlements, conducting elections, determining representation matters, and providing training and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
