services
team within the Communications and Marketing Services department at Fannie Mae. The team supports both Communications and Marketing Services in external and internal corporate communications efforts, as well as internal clients company-wide providing design and production services and expertise. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Produce corporate materials such as brochures, flyers, Web banners and evites, and complete recurring projects such as corporate organizational charts, monthly newsletters for print and/or electronic posting, and other template-driven communications

. Provide support for meetings and conferences through the creation and production of posters/signage for Fannie Mae-sponsored
events
. Execute graphics requests for HomeSite, SharePoint, and fanniemae.com Search for and download stock and royalty-free images. Provide ongoing support for senior executive presentations, as needed. Help manage the company's corporate identity standards and follow process guidelines for fulfillment of requests for the corporate logo in collaboration with Brand Manager. Assist in logistical coordination of photo shoots. Provide support for creative execution of lobby and other displays for headquarters and other building locations. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 1 years of related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS 1 years of hands-on practical experience in print design and production College degree in graphic design/production arena or combination of equivalent work experience and education Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, plus Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel Strong understanding of graphics use in social media platforms and applications (Facebook, blogs, Twitter, Pinterest) Excellent customer service skills required; needs to probe to understand customers' implicit and explicit graphic design and production needs. Ability to communicate effectively with clients about corporate brand standards, deadlines, and project status Proven ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver a multitude of design and production solutions under fast-paced conditions, concurrent deadlines and changing priorities Proven ability to work on a team in an open work environment EMPLOYMENT As a condition of employment with Fannie Mae, any successful job applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and to successfully complete a background investigation, which may also include a credit check for positions in some areas of our business.
