JOB INFORMATION The Common Securitization Platform (CSP) program is a joint effort currently underway at Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the FHFA. The goal of the program is to create a common securitization platform (CSP) that will unify the securitization function on one industry-leading platform. This innovative program combines business, technology and the new utility in a way that will modernize the securitization process and reduce complexity of the current infrastructure. The CSP will be leveraged by GSEs, other issuers, investors and servicers that participate in the secondary mortgage market to create uniform securities more efficiently. This is a key position within the CSP program as described below. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Lead the continued design and delivery of CSP applications that could include external integration and interfaces, data validation
services
, issuance, disclosure, master servicing, and bond administration functional components, internal data stores, and operational reporting and dashboards Lead technology delivery teams leveraging an agile/iterative delivery methodology Provide day-to-day direction, decision-making and prioritization of delivery team resources Collaborate/partner with the product owner and testing lead to ensure that delivery processes are optimized EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 6 years of related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS Experience leading agile development teams Prior delivery experience of green-field systems Prior delivery experience of messaging based systems EMPLOYMENT As a condition of employment with Fannie Mae, any successful job applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and to successfully complete a background investigation, which may also include a credit check for positions in some areas of our business.
