position
OVERVIEW
:
Under the direct supervision of the Contracts
manager
, assist with a variety of activities related to: 1 RFPs/RFQ support; 2) Support and maintain document workflows initiated under the Contracts Life Management (CLM) tool; and 3) the collection of data utilized for department metrics. The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a challenging, fast-paced environment is a must.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Assist with compiling responses, including legal, financial and compliance requirements, to RFPs/RFQs, as well as related and ancillary activities associated with new pursuits.
Assist with data management and initiation/closure and approvals of workflows associated with the Contract Life Management (CLM) tool and related research and reporting.
Assist with collection of data necessary for publication of quarterly metrics report (EQMP).

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Qualifications

PREFERRED EDUCATION/
Experience:

Law degree from an ABA accredited law school or several years of related experience in related positions.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
:
Requires good written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, as well as familiarity with PC software packages typically associated with contract administration. Fundamental knowledge of contract administration principles is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
