Application Management Services:Provide complete operations services for application management, custom development, and business process outsourcing for clients. Develop the post implementation go-live support environment, construct the transition plan from the project team to the support team, and support and maintain the client applications and technology infrastructure

The Business Analysts will be responsible for managing requirements and translating them into specifications for complex technical projects. They will support user story creation, translation to both technical and business requirements and build test scenarios. In addition, he or she will play a key role in defining solutions for equities trading.
Responsibilities:
Perform interviews with business stakeholders to determine business requirements and translate them into specifications using use case and UML for complex technical projects.
Model and organize information in order to elicit requirements, reconcile conflicts and distinguish solution ideas from business needs.
Work closely with technical and business experts to refine requirements and understand implementation of solution.
Required Skills
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working in a Financial Services/Banking environment
Experience with the Agile Methodology
Good understanding of
computer
software development with object oriented language
Ability to decompose high-level information into details to resolve solution
A well-developed ability to prioritize with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated collaborative skills
The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Assist in project planning and tracking activities
Demonstrated analyst experience using modeling languages, technical product life cycle concepts and requirements engineering
A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
