Duties and
Responsibilities:
Senior SharePoint Lead responsible for coordinating, planning, and implementing several SharePoint initiatives in a Navy hosted environment. Coordinates technical and non-technical staff from multiple departments to accomplish interdepartmental initiatives.
Reviews existing SharePoint solutions for ability to be extended or migrated to other groups. Identifies technical and functional issues and proposes and implements specific solutions to address them.
Identifies, analyzes and defines project requirements and scope. Analyzes technical alternatives and clearly articulates tradeoffs.
Reviews current business processes and proposes appropriate potential solutions based on scope, scale, funding, schedule and SharePoint capabilities.
Works with government counterpart to provide technical direction to the project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
Provides guidance on SharePoint standards, governance, security, and policy.
Researches other systems engineering tools and leads effort to identify standards, training, security, and best practices as part of effort to integrate these tools with SharePoint
Documents and presents findings including creation of presentations, whitepapers, and project documentation.
Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
Drives recommendations through to implementation
Participates in processes concerning the architecture of new applications to meet client needs.
Supports follow-on business associated with assigned projects by identifying and pursuing opportunities on the current contract as well as assisting with other proposals.
Helps establish best practices and standards regarding the development environment.
Assesses new and relevant web technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and seven to nine years of related experience
Strong knowledge of Web-related technologies and techniques including but not limited to:
SharePoint, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, XML, XSDL, XHTML, CSS and additional Web-standard scripting languages and template building techniques.
Experience with web
services
Familiarity with SharePoint 2010 master pages and themes.
Experience with Automating business processes in workflows that validate content, manage roles and permissions, routing, notification, and web services.
Experience designing and coding web sites and preparing Web-ready graphics files
Experience supporting large-scale application development efforts and/or software implementations from inception to completion.
Experience with Web 2.0 technologies
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret level government security clearance

Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint 2010, preferably building out sites with custom SharePoint workflows, custom SharePoint lists, custom SharePoint libraries, and custom SharePoint list forms utilizing mainly out of the box SharePoint features.
Familiarity with the design and development of web parts, custom SharePoint controls, and web sites in a SharePoint 2010 environment
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 12 to 15 years of experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.
Physical Demands:
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on
computer
for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
