Responsibilities:?While working in a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment, the Call Center Representative responds to customer inquiries via phone providing the appropriate and timely response. ??Job duties: ?o Ability to deliver outstanding
customer service
by following our contact handling guidelines via phone to address customer concerns. ?o Explain processes, policies, and procedures to customers as needed. ?o Able to leverage and use resources to research and resolve issues that may not be clearly defined. ?o Identify and handle escalations properly. ?o Take ownership of contacts and follows-through until matter is closed. ???Qualifications:?o Prior job history in a customer-focused environment. ?o Basic proficiency with MS Office. Typing proficiency ?o Ability to work in a fast paced environment able to multi-task. ?o Strong customer service skills. ?o Must have excellent verbal communication skills. ?o Previous Call Center experience is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
