POSITION SUMMARY
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs at facilities as directed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in ensuring that facilities are maintained in a manner consistent with health, zoning and occupancy standards.
Performs safety inspections of all facilities and vehicles on a monthly basis
Assist in reconciliation of monthly fleet invoice
Make minor repairs in the Clubs (i.e. repairing walls, minor electrical and plumbing etc)
Conduct monthly HVAC PM S
Performs fire and lock down drills with Administration team
Assist Human Resources in investigations and incidents
On call 24 hours for emergency services
Ability to travel to MD, DC and Virginia
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE SKILL REQUIRED
High School diploma or GED desired.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and routine repairs
Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications.
ADASPECIFICATIONS
Must be able to travel to multiple worksites for meetings.
Must be able to bend frequently and lift over 25 lbs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
