Overall Purpose:
Set the visitor experience standards of excellence for the operating infrastructure and customer-focused logistics including scheduling, reception, security, catering, building maintenance and corporate real estate and build relationships with internal and external vendors and suppliers to ensure the center is meeting and exceeding these standards for external events.
Key Roles and
Responsibilities:
Work with internal users to collect information for planning requirement materials and services needed for events and deciding which space in the Center to schedule.
Correspond with event hosts on event planning updates and update the scheduling system. Conduct weekly meetings to update team members on event requirements.
Provide pre-briefing activities such as room setup, agenda revisions, nametags, security notification, etc.
Provide day of briefing activities such as reception, backup AV and backup mobile application support.
Provide post-briefing activities such as event cleanup, event debriefs and closing out events in the scheduling system.
Track center volumes, survey results and expenditures monthly against targets and report out to team.
Negotiate all catering requirements for center events.
Oversee center organization, maintenance and cleanliness and work with vendors to meet center standards.
Maintain center Inventory of supplies and prepare/submit center vouchers and bills for center expenses.
Education: Preferred Bachelors of Science/Bachelors of Arts.
Experience: Typically 2 -5 or more years of experience in related areas of responsibility.
Supervisory: No.
