Job Description
As a member of the Navy Enterprise Networks (NEN) team, PMW 205, you will providing Logistics & Engineering support in accordance, but not limited to, the following:
Applying consulting experience and knowledge to an Enterprise-wide governance and operation model.
Work directly with Government leadership to define, develop and lead Continual Service Improvement (CSI) activities, project execution, issue/risk mitigation, and delivery plans (e.g. Navy Training Plans, ITSM Documentation, Facilities Activities, etc .).
Work with IT and key acquisition leaders on planning and executing execute government-approved improvement projects concurrently.
Provide oversight for the delivery of service performance metrics such as Service Level Requirement (SLR) reporting, metrics, Critical Success Factors (CSF), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Evaluate processes, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) plans as part of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives.
Provide full lifecycle support for Network performance, Vendor performance and Government operations.
Support the Deployable Team Lead and coordination with the NEN/NMCI prime contracts for the sustainment of the current Deployable environment and for improvements to the Deployable service.
Use communication skills and analytics to develop and present recommendations for senior level endorsement.
Maintain constant engagement with key internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Service Development Competencies, Portfolio Management, Project Integration, Client Engagement Managers , Chief Engineer, and Information Assurance Lead).
Work solutions end to end, including but not limited to, the establishment of requirements, planning & design activities, risk management, and reporting.
Required Skills
Job Knowledge
Experience within DoD or DON Executive Office preferred.
Performance Management Framework.
Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Model & Lifecycle.
A broad IT and project implementation understanding that can be utilized across multiple functions and areas of the business strongly desired.
Skills
MS Office Suite
Documentation (i.e. Presentations, Email, Guidance, etc.)
Expert experience in working with senior level management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills including listening, writing and presentation skills to include presenting recommendations to senior executives, stakeholders, vendors, and clients strongly desired.
Ability to anticipate client needs and be proactive in offering solutions, ideas, research support, and assistance.
Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive situations.
Education or Certifications
BA or equivalent years of experience.
PMP and/or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 preferred.
Experience Level
10
years preferred.
Direct Navy experience as a consultant, military, or civilian preferred.
Security Clearance
Secret level Security Clearance at time of hire.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
