Job Description:
CS Engineering, Test, and Implementation Support Lead (Key Personnel):
This person is required to be onsite full time to work as the team lead for CS Engineering, Test and Implementation Support. This person must be capable of supervising the Support Engineering team with a staff of 2 to 3 members, and be able to lead the efforts of monitoring, researching, testing, documenting, and implementing software/hardware updates, as well as trouble-shooting ADMA-related issues. The Engineering lead should have in-depth knowledge and expertise with the different versions of Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange, and excellent trouble-shooting skills.

Education and Experience Required:
5 years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (8 years in total).
Knowledge and Skills Required:
a. Current Microsoft MCSE or above certification
b. Excellent research, test, trouble-shooting and deployment skills
c. Capable of managing small engineer group of 2-3 personnel
d. Minimum of 5-7 years experience working with Microsoft Windows servers
e. Minimum of 5-7 years experience working with Microsoft Exchange
f. Familiarity with Exchange 2007
g. Familiar with some Operation Management tools, preferably Microsoft MOM
h. Excellent oral and written communication skills
