Serve as a member the Joint Staff project management team to apply knowledge, skills and techniques to effectively and efficiently ensure projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, work plans, requirements analysis, BCAs scope definition and WBSs. Responsible for ensuring that customer needs are satisfied through managing and coordinating specific informational technology deliverables; the project plan, budget, structure, schedule, resources and staffing requirement. Manages team and third party vendors as well as assure that an integrated software and hardware solution is provided to meet customer's need. May include responsibility for technical, IT Refresh, application, business process and enterprise development projects. Must have 60 hours of PMP training at time of hire; proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project; and able execute the five phases of project management; Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling and Closing. Position located in Arlington VA at the Pentagon.
Basic Qualifications
Project management experience in a technical/engineering environment specifically in IT Refresh, application, business process and enterprise development projects.
Desired skills
PMP, ITIL V3

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
