Looking for a creative and motivated individual to help me secure living arrangement in or near Downtown DC and Downtown Miami Beach FL.
Tasks:
- You will post several ads to Craigslist (and other online Classified Ad Sites) seeking housing arrangement
- House must have the following (should be stated in advertisement):
-- 1 house Located in Downtown DC (NW or NE areas. SE and SW will not be approved)
-- 1 house Located in Downtown Miami beach FL.

-- Allow medium size dog (25 lbs)
- You will research for ads posted that meet housing criteria previously mentioned. Looking for 2 houses. 1 in DC. 1 in Miami FL
-- Send potential housing (links) via email or Odesk for approval
- You will post several ads for the approved houses seeking 3 roommates.
-- Rent for each roommates will be the price listed in found Craigslist ad divided by 3.
-- (Example) Craigslist listing house with 4 rooms for $3550. $3550 / 3 = $1,183.33 (should round up to the nearest $100. So rent will be $1,200 in this example.
- You will field emails from potential roommates. Need to find out their expected move in date. Also, will send them roommate agreement document that will outline payment, area of house they will use, and deposit agreement. This will be used prior to lease agreement.
This job is very simple. Mostly posting Craigslist ads and finding housing arrangements and room mates to move in with me. The tasks should be able to be completed in less than a month.
I will hire one person per are. You will only focus on one area (DC or Miami FL). Please reply to job post with desired area if any. You will be paid $500 once I am able to secure the house arrangement with roommates.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
